“Oligarchs are a direct threat to the state,” Richard Giragosian thinks

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Director of the Center for Regional Studies Richard Giragosian said today that “the elections became an improvement, although insufficient, and the people sold their votes at a very low price.”
Richard Giragosian said that “the oligarchs are a direct threat to the state.”
According to Richard Giragosian, the only positive outcome of the election was the entrance of the ANC to the parliament, which is “the most dynamic and consistent opposition force.”
