EBRD provided “Finca” UCO an AMD loan at the volume of $4mln

Yerevan/Mediamax/. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) provided “Finca” UCO a synthetic loan at the volume of $4mln, due to which the organization will be able to increase funding in AMD.
Mediamax reports that the agreement was signed by General Director of “Finca” UCO Yervand Barseghyan and EBRD President Thomas Mirow, who is in Armenia for a visit.
He noted that the total amount of EBRD investments in Armenia makes about $500mln. “At that, last year we registered a record volume of investments in Armenia at the volume of $150mln, and this year we intend to repeat the last year’s index”, Thomas Mirow stated.
Yervand Barseghyan stressed importance of loan provision in national currency, which will allow neutralizing currency risks. The loan means will be spent for financing micro and small enterprises.
