Prometey Bank’s charter capital has been replenished with AMD 3,55 billion.

According to the information provided by the bank today, the bank placed 35,000 preferred shares with face value of AMD 100,000 each, which were totally acquired by the current shareholder of the bank – Prometey-City company.

“As a result of the replenishment, Prometey Bank’s regulatory total capital has already exceeded the minimum requirement on the bank’s regulatory capital set by the Central bank as of January 1, 2017, amounting more than AMD 30.5mln,” the bank informed.

The bank emphasized that measures aimed at the growth of capital will be continuous, as a result of which, by 1 January 2017 Prometey Bank’s regulatory capital will reach about AMD 33bln.
