At today’s discussion and voting, the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) has unanimously approved the bill on energy tariff increase.

Under the bill, from August 1, the current price will went up by AMD6.93.

The current daytime price for energy makes AMD41.85kWh, and nightly tariff makes AMD31.84kWh.

By the way, General Director of Electric Network of Armenia Yevgeny Bibin didn’t attend the discussion explaining in written that his participation is impossible for a number of reasons.

On May 8, 2015, the ENA turned to the Commission to revise the energy tariff and increase by AMD17.
