"Norvik” Universal Credit Organization (UCO) CJSC was registered and licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in July 2006 and started its active operation from late September 2006.

License N14 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued on 4 July 2006.

"Norvik” UCO is the affiliate of Latvian-Icelandic "Norvik Banka” JSC. The only stock-holder of "Norvik” UCO is "Norvik Banka”, which was founded in 1992 by Latvian organizations and private entrepreneurs in the period of establishment of Latvian financial and credit system.

The strategy of "Norvik” is directed to the creation of a stable and rapidly evolving financial system. The company actively works on the creation of new loan products, focusing on quality and availability.

The Bank plans to provide new financial instruments and services as well introduce modern financial technologies, which have already been used in Baltic countries.

"Norvik” focuses on innovations in the sphere of information technologies, which allows offering new services and objective solutions to clients. The company builds its work schedule so that the daily cooperation with the clients was comfortable and available.

"Norvik” is ready to offer a number of syndicated loans for business structures in different spheres, especially in the sphere of import. Latvian and European banks, as well as the representations of foreign banks in Yerevan, can take part in syndicates.

"Norvik” UCO currently offers the following types of loans:

- Consumer loans (pledge of gold).
- Mortgage loans (real estate acquisition loans, real estate reconstruction loans, real estate improvement "Express loans”).
- Business loans for legal entities and private entrepreneurs (loans for small and medium enterprises) credit lines, loans for big business (credit lines).
- Installment loan (for acquiring computers, furniture, household appliances and others)
