‘’Global Credit’’ Universal Credit Organization CJSC was founded on 26 October 2010, license N35 of the Central Bank of Republic of Armenia.

The organization is the successor of "Washington Capital” Universal Credit Organization CJSC, which spread its activity on the mortgage market of Armenia, and "Credit Union” CJSC Universal Credit Organization, specialized mainly in the sphere of business-crediting. The organization was founded as a result of merger of these two companies.

The organization continues its active cooperation with the "National Mortgage Company” Universal Credit Organization CJSC, "Home for Youth” Universal Credit Organization CJSC and the "Project management unit of German-Armenian Fund”.

The organization is a member of the Union of Credit Organizations of Armenia and the Association of Mortgage Market Participants of Armenia.
