"FINCA” Universal Credit Organization was registered and licensed in March 2006, license No.13 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. The sole founder and the shareholder is "FINCA International Inc.” American organization.
"FINCA International Inc.” organization was founded in 1984 in USA by John Hatch, who, in his turn, founded micro-financial organizations throughout 21 countries of Eurasia, Middle East, Latin America and Africa.
In 1999, when micro-financing market was in the early stage of formation and development in the Republic of Armenia, "FINCA International Inc.” American non-commercial organization established "FINCA” Charitable Foundation aiming at provision of financial services to entrepreneurs with the lowest-income, who did not have access to lending of financial institutions.
At present "FINCA” UCO CJSC has a wide network of branches and representations in almost all the regions of the Republic of Armenia. As of 12 February, 2013 the Company has 26 branches in 10 Regions of the Republic of Armenia.
At present "FINCA” UCO CJSC offers the following products:
Group loans - intended for small and medium enterprises, operating at least 6 months, which immediately need cash resources to extend their business.
Individual Business Loans – intended for those registered legal entities and/or sole entrepreneurs of the Republic of Armenia, which are current and have experience of at least 6 months.
Agricultural Loans –this product is foreseen for farmers who are in need of funds for ensuring the sustainable growth of their farms.
