Established in August 1999. In August 2003, the company was re-registered in the Central Bank of Armenia as "Agroleasing Leasing Credit Company”.

License N6 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.

Since its establishment the company has been implementing a Leasing program in Armenia realized by the U.S. government. The main partner of the organization is the Marketing Assistance Program of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The organization provides leasing services to legal entities operating in various spheres of rural economy and food industry (procession of agricultural raw materials, wine-making, cheese-making, dairy production, meat food production, etc.).

"Agroleasing Leasing Credit Company” serves 86 legal entities.
