Established on 30 March 2003. It is the first leasing organization registered in Armenia.

License N4 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued on 25 April 2003.

The organization was established to assist the country’s legal entities in equipping and re-equipping the obsolete machinery and fixed assets by providing leasing. In Yerevan the leasing services are provided by "ACBA Leasing” central office, in regions of Armenia – by the branches of ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.

"ACBA Leasing” finances the obtaining of following fixed assets:

• ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK - 54%.
• Credit Agricole Leasing - 38 %
• Stepan Gishyan - 8%
