"SIL INSURANCE” Company was established in March, 2000. At present it functions under N 0004 (0033) license of the Central Bank of Armenia, issued on 25.03.08.

The Company, founded by Sukiasyan family, has 5 shareholders (20% of shares each): Khachatur Sukiasyan, Saribek Sukiasyan, Eduard Sukiasyan, Robert Sukiasyan and "Armeconombank” OJSC.
