"SIL INSURANCE” Company was established in March, 2000. At present it functions under N 0004 (0033) license of the Central Bank of Armenia, issued on 25.03.08.

The Company, founded by Sukiasyan family, has 5 shareholders (20% of shares each): Khachatur Sukiasyan, Saribek Sukiasyan, Eduard Sukiasyan, Robert Sukiasyan and "Armeconombank” OJSC.

"SIL INSURANCE” CJSC’s mission is to provide with qualitative insurance services to widespread society in the Republic of Armenia perfectly satisfying customers' needs.

"Sil-Insurance” functions in the sphere of Non-Life insurance and offers the following insurance services to individuals and legal entities:
