Last update - 28.11.2011 Established in 1995 within the framework of the bilateral agreement on Partnership, friendship and neighborly relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Islamic Republic of Iran, signed in 1992. License N78 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. The bank is the member of the Union of Banks of Armenia. The only owner of 100% bank capital is the Iranian "Mellat” state bank. As of 30 September 2011: total capital - 9 961 268 thousand dram, the assets - 42 341 142 thousand dram, the liabilities - 32 379 874 thousand dram. |
